About Custom Sun Control

Custom Sun Control is a window tinting in Marietta, Georgia. It is listed at 986 Cobb Pkwy SE, Marietta, GA 30060, which places it among the local businesses of Marietta that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as window installation service, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Auto detailing goes beyond a wash: a full detail typically includes clay bar decontamination, machine polishing to remove swirl marks, a sealant or wax, and a deep interior clean with shampooed carpets and conditioned leather. Detail shops price by vehicle size and condition, and a full interior and exterior detail takes most of a day. Ceramic coatings are a hardened liquid layer applied after paint correction that lasts years rather than weeks and makes washing easier; paint protection film (PPF, or clear bra) is a self-healing urethane wrap that stops rock chips on the hood, bumper and mirrors. Window tint shops apply dyed, carbon or ceramic film to cut heat and glare, subject to each state's visible light transmission limits.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability at this shop. I brought my car in to get the windows tinted, but they used the completely wrong tint percentage/type than what we had agreed upon. When I noticed the mistake and brought it to their attention, they completely refused to help or rectify the situation. Instead of acknowledging the error and offering a solution to fix it, they were dismissive and refused to take any responsibility after they already had my money. Getting your car windows tinted is an investment, and you should be able to trust that a professional shop will deliver what you paid for—or at least make it right if a mistake happens. Their customer service after the fact is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that actually stands behind their work.

I took my car to Custom Sun Control for my front window tint, and I was not disappointed. They were professional, knowledgeable and very careful with my care. Mind you, I had just bought the car a week ago, so I was very worried about having scratches on it. They completed my window tint within an hour, and without any scratches. The job was flawless and perfect. Thank you Custom Sun Control. You guys did a fantastic job!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review – The Best Tint Shop in Georgia, Hands Down I’ve been coming to Custom Sun Control for almost a decade, and every single time they’ve delivered nothing but top-tier quality, flawless work, and unmatched customer service. Most recently, they tinted my 2023 Tesla Model 3, and the results were absolutely PERFECT. Clean lines, zero bubbles, no dust, no imperfections—just a smooth, factory-level finish that makes the car look incredible and keeps the interior so much cooler. They walked me through the tint options for Teslas, explained everything clearly, and had the car done right on time. The team here really knows what they’re doing. But what makes this review even more meaningful is that this isn’t my first time trusting them. I first came here back in 2016 with my Buick Encore, and they did an amazing job then. I returned again in 2019 with another Buick Encore, and once again—perfect work and fantastic service. Every visit has been consistent: friendly staff, honest pricing, and elite craftsmanship. It’s rare these days to find a business that stays this good for this long, but Custom Sun Control has absolutely earned my loyalty. If you want your tint done rig

I’ve had four vehicles tinted at Custom Sun Control, and Danny absolutely knocks it out of the park every single time. His work is flawless—clean lines, zero bubbles, and the tint always looks factory perfect. Honestly, I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.
